The following are the list of documents required for obtaining caste certificate in West Bengal.
AFTER FIVE / (5) YEARS COMPLETED ANY ONE OF INDIAN CITIZEN OF WEST BENGAL IS ELIGIBLE FOR APPLY
1) Birth Certificate
2) Aadhar Card
3) Voter ID / School certificates
4) Ration Card
5) Certificate from Panchayat/municipality with mention cast sub cast income with photo attested by head of the department
6) Caste certificate of the family member if applicable
7) Family tree
8) Court affidavit first class magistrates mention cast and sub cast and income too
9) 4 Copies attested colour photograph of applicant with gazzeted officer
10) 2 Local person documents for person verification
11) Father and Mother all documents which possible
12) Grand father all documents which possible
13) Minimum 20 years old documents showing his name / father / mother / grand father
